We do construction, repairs and roofing throughout the state of South Carolina, the government Upstate Rebuild Program and individual customers. Southern Building Construction Inc. is a licensed residential home builder that builds custom homes, repairs and remodeling. The business was started in 1984 and is owned by Frank Frew. Ron Barron is the project manager for SBCI and owner of LMD Roof Restoration LLC. While Frank does the building Ron handles the insurance work and roofing for the company.

Frank worked for Flour Daniel before opening Southern Building Construction inc. in 1984. SBCI has been a member of the BBB for 30 plus years and has maintained a triple A rating throughout its membership with them. In fact a large portion of the work is from the Better Business Bureau.
