How did you get started in this business?
Slowly transistioned from building homes into inspections. I have helped build homes with my father starting in 1985.

We work with all types of costumers. Mainly buyers and sellers of homes.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Check references make sure you are not using just the cheapest person with no experience. Its not worth saving 25-50 Dollars if the inpsector does not know what he is looking at.
