I have established myself as one of Oregon's top inspectors with the highest level of care, attention to detail, and trustworthiness. I've been involved in building and construction projects for about 23 years, was the owner of a solar electric company, and have completed several home renovation projects of my own homes, so I am very familiar with construction and remodeling processes and requirements. My body is fully functional, and my eyesight is 20/20, so all of my capacities will go toward giving you the most attentive and diligent inspection possible.

I love being the eyes and ears of my clients who are not able to spend several uninterrupted hours inspecting all of the details of a home before they make an informed purchase. When I am working for a buyer, not only do I describe the condition of all of the components of your home, but I am reporting all of the costly issues which you can use as a tool to negotiate the asking price. When I am doing an inspection for a home seller, I am looking for issues that are going to hold up the selling process, or consulting about what is really important or not to focus your efforts on, so you can tie up all of the loose ends and ensure that everything will go as smoothly as possible during the sale.
