What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to come out and do a in person quote. Do a walk around and get detailed information about exactly what your looking for. We then schedule a date that works for you. The first cleaning will always have one or both owners with a small crew so we can introduce them to you. That way you know who is in your home and who will be coming for your re-occurring service.
How did you get started in this business?
We started cleaning banks and commercial buildings 10 years ago. We decided to extend our services to residential cleaning because we enjoy working with people and building relationships.
