Taking care of your fur babies and his/her needs is my goal, and service I will provide. :) I've been working with pets and providing dog/cat grooming service's since 2008 and have been certified in pet grooming since 2009. I've been trained not only for grooming needs but also to evaluate your fur babies coat/skin, ears, an also evaluation of the teeth. I am very motivated to fit you and your pets personal needs. I offer services of grooming, de-shedding, flea baths,nail clipping, ear cleaning, teeth brushing, and anal gland expression. I am willing ti travel to your home within reason of miles, anything past 25 miles may be an extra service charge of $5-$10 depending on location. Please give me a chance to love yours as my own 💓 Also have business of good standing certificate in the state of Ohio. And we now are offering pet sitting/and walking.
What i enjoy the most about this specific work is the relationship i not only build with my client but also with the animal! Taking the time with each individual pet allows me to build trust and love with each and everyone to fit his/her needs!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Working with new clients we will together very carefully evaluate your pet. I will very thoroughly explain the recommendation that I feel would be best for the health, safety, and comfort of your furry friend!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have completed a full grooming course that required a written and physical exam to receive a grooming certificate. Not only do I have full qualifications of grooming but also certified to evaluate your pet fully, and to check overall condition of coat, skin, and teeth! I also have specific training in which would allow me to walk and sit for your furry friends if your out of town or may just want to relax at home. Excerise is important for our furry friends and I will dedicate the time that is needed to safely give him/her the excerise needed!

How did you get started in this business?
I started over 12 years ago in a grooming salon. I started at first with the the basics of dog bathing. It didnt take long for me to become highly interest in moving up and making my carrer the best path i could have chosen im dog/cat grooming. Making our furry friends feel at there best and refreshed is my over all goal that i absolutely love!
What types of customers have you worked with?
Ive worked with every type of customer there is. I am able to adjust and relate to most of my customers needs and wants.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Id say that customer word of mouth would be the best for your choices. At this tinenid say thay i have many personal clients that would give me a great referral!
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Making sure that your groomer is able to work with the many kinds of personalitys that your furry friend has. They are all different than one another and each animal has its very own special needs!
