Phone introduction, in-person meeting and/or property walkthrough, discuss budget, customize a plan of services, set a date and time for service.

Describe a recent event you are fond of.
Stripping and polishing tiled floors in a daycare! The entire facility was beautiful. The only thing missing was glossy floors to match! It took 3 days to strip and buff all of the tiled areas but the results were worth it. The staff and children will be very excited to see the new changes.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Research! Have them show before and after pictures, look at recent reviews, and if they are a new business ask for a possible demo cleaning.
