What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Go with a company that is easy to work with. If your first meet and great, so to speak doesn't feel comfortable don't be afraid to have a few others come out. You have to work with the individual threw each phase of your project. So the easier it is to communicate with your pro the easier the process will be.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Only thing I can suggest is to think of which project they need done and request either a repair or replacement quote.
