What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically I prefer to schedule appointment to bring samples and measure and discuss project . If needed we can schedule appointment at showroom.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
30 years of installation and Sales
Everything thing from $750,000 projects of all kinds to $500 bathroom projects .
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Install only jobs are they only thing you can price with out seeing job . But we always prefer to look at job site .
How did you get started in this business?
I started as a flooring helper when I was 21 years old . Ouch !!!
