What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to come out and make estimates fun, ya know in most cases people are spending alot of money for their new concrete so I like to make it relaxed, fun and informing as possible.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Ive poured concrete for 8 years, my foreman has poured concrete for 19 years and I have a business degree so im super thrilled to be running the business aspect.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Not typically, every job is different so in my opinion set pricing can be good and also very bad.
How did you get started in this business?
I started with my uncle when i was a softmire in high school, I also played football so every chance I could id work with him. Now here 8 years later he is retired and ive taken it completely over
What types of customers have you worked with?
Mostly residential, new home builders as well.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
We poured an airport and a hanger, after the job the owner took our whole crew for a flight.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Always always always, get 3 estimates. Kinda seperates outlieres. Last thing you want to do and ive seen it many times, hire someone who overpromises and underpreforms
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
None of us like our time wasted, we never mind to so estimates but think about hiw serious you are about your job being done before you call us out.
