What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Introduce myself to my client, let them know about Cleaning Day and what we offer our clients. Next, I ask the client what is expected from us and what can be done to ensure an amazing experience. We like to go above and beyond for our clients.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've done janitorial work.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
For a regular cleaning-$25 hourly. This includes basic cleaning of requested area.
Deep cleaning-$35 hourly. This includes a very thorough and tideous cleaning of requested areas. (Ex. Cleaning of baseboard, moving of furniture, cleaning of ceiling fans,etc)
Allergen cleaning- $45 hourly. This includes a thorough and tideous cleaning and dusting with eco friendly products and HEPA equipment.
Concierge Laundry services- 1st lb free. $2.50 per pound. 10 lb minimum. 3 different choices of detergent to choose from.
