What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will schedule an appointment to meet with them at their property with our Certified Arborist. We walk the property and review the tree work requested and also advise if we see any other areas of concern. After walking the property, we will provide a written estimate for the work that was discussed and review that with the customer. Please note that it is not possible to provide quotes without a site visit to see the size, condition, species and location of the tree. We also determine access to the tree, and whether there are any hazards in the work area.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The owner is a Mechanical Engineer and Certified Arborist. Our crew has over 20 years experience doing tree work for our company. Our lead climber is the first person to use tracked spiderlifts for tree work in the country - this equipment can be brought into most backyards, does not damage the lawn and allows us to prune without the limitations of climbing.

There is no standard pricing for tree work, every quote requires a site visit to consider all aspects of the job.
