About
My service stands out because I answer my phone! I also answer people back when they email or text me! That is one of the biggest complaints I hear about other Realtors is that their communication is terrible. I promise all of my clients that if they reach out to me and we dont connect, I will get back to them by the end of the day. Because good communication is paramount in a successful real estate transaction.
I love the challenges of being a Realtor. Every day its something new and different. A new problem to solve or a different obstacle to overcome. You have to be adaptable as well as a good problem solver if you are going to be a great agent for your clients.

Frequently asked questions
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I spent 25 years in the gaming business interacting and working with people from all over the world. People from very different cultural, geographical and financial backgrounds. That 25 years has been the best training that I could ever ask for.
How did you get started in this business?
I have been in real estate most of my life in one fashion or another. In my earlier years I bought and sold homes as an investor. In 2012 I decided to get my Real Estate license and have been a full time agent ever since.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
Once a month my wife and I spend a morning volunteering at a local food bank here in Las Vegas called Three Square. Its a non profit that helps make sure that the less fortunate children of Las Vegas have three meals a day to eat.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
They say that when you hire a Realtor you should like and trust that person first and foremost. You are hiring someone to assist you with one of the largest purchases in your life. If you dont like and trust your Realtor you need to find someone else.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
What are my goals? What are my wants and needs?
