I started The Clean Police 4 yrs ago, but have been cleaning professionally for over 10 years now. Many of my clients have been with me just as long too. I take pride in my work, I am not lazy, if I see a problem that needs fixing for example: caulking needs replacing, or faucet stem is worn and leaking water I will let you know and an happy to replace the caulk or change out the stem. Every one of my clients will tell you I am great at minor home repair. They call me Ms. MaCGyver lol. But best of all everyone says the highlight to their day is a clean home and what towel animal I made.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I almost always like to meet with a potential customer first to provide a free in home estimate. This way we can get to know one another a little and I can learn what is important to them as every customer has different specifics. Plus I want them to feel comfortable with me as having someone in their home to clean is very personable you have to have someone you know and feel can be trusted above all else.
