What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We normally receive a online inquiry or a phone call. We follow up by a verbal response and analyze what the customer needs. Once we have the knowledge as to what’s desired. We schedule or confirm the appointment, come out, and start the work. We try not to make things difficult as our clients time is so valuable. As long as the client is happy, we are too.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The CEO is actually a funeral director so that wouldn’t quite be cleaning houses, however, to know that you are given one last chance to make someone look the best they can and will be, that same energy and thought is put into anything. You have one chance to make a lasting impression. You have one job, make it count.
