To put it simply: we are a Vegas born company that works around the clock with insurance, for homeowners regarding water, fire, or mold issues. We’ve got cumulative decades of experience that we put to use every day to be able to quickly get your home or business back in order. Our office works with every insurance company under the sun and we come highly recommended on every review site because we want to provide nothing less than exemplary service to our valley’s homes and families. We take you from the very beginning of your claim to the very end. We assess the damage, help you open up your claim, and we get to work. Once the work is complete, we send our bill to your insurance and we settle with them. What that means is that we will not charge you outside of what the insurance deems fair and reasonable. In most cases, the only out of pocket expense you’re responsible for is your deductible. We help you find a construction team that you’re happy with and we are available for all questions and concerns until your house is put back together.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once we get a call for water, fire, or mold damage, we dispatch our technician and arrive to your location within one hour. The technician assesses the damage and builds a scope of work and a sketch of the area. We answer any questions and concerns you may have. We then, help you open up a claim with insurance. Once you give us the okay to begin work, we dispatch our technicians to bring equipment to prevent the damage from expanding. That same day or following day we bring a crew of technicinas to contain the area and remove your belongings from the affected area so we don't get them dirty while we work. The crew will then remove the affected materials. Once that is complete, we monitor the moisture level in the structure of your home until it has reached dry standard. We offer construction referrals and we will provide them with all necessary information so they can put your home back together. Finally, we will settle the bill for work done with your insurance company.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are an IICRC Certified Firm. We have technicians in the field and in the office that hold various certifications from the IICRC and OSHA.

We do use Xactimate as a guideline for our pricing. This is a tool used by insurance as well, so we are always on the same page.
