What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically ask the customer the reason why they are looking for a company in my industry and what there needs/wants are. I then set up a time to come out and look at what they are wanting/needing adding in suggestions so we can give a fair and honest price. Although pictures and videos are nice they don't always do justice
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have taken many certified training courses to better ourselves so that we can better serve our business community. Recently we did a certified training for Covid-19 and also have training and certification in blood-borne pathogens
We feel the more knowledge we have in our industry the better we can serve our customers and our community and offer the Above & Beyond high standards to each an everyone of our customers. Making sure we have the health and wellness of all in our minds. We pride ourselves in committing to taking on jobs that others refuse to get experience that will help our customers going forward.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Our pricing is based off of the quality and time given to our customers as well as what you deserve which is Above & Beyond high standards. We value you and your business and cleaning needs. What we give can not be compared. Comparison is the thief of JOY! Our minimum for a commercial job is $350 and commercial/residential is $180.
Services of $500 or under needs to be paid up front
Services of $501 or higher can be paid 60% before job begins and 40% day of final job completion if absolutely necesarry (Credit card on file)
Ongoing Services require a credit card on file however, can be paid by check on the 1st of every month for full amount of services
How did you get started in this business?
I have been in this industry for 16 plus years. Managed multiple businesses for the "BIG GUYS" noticing something lacking in majority of the industry and employees being unappreciated. Our vision is to make an experience giving Honesty, Integrity, Quality, Creativeness/Fun that will create less stress for any business. Community parnerships and relationships are important! We pride ourselves on growing our Above & Beyond Family!
What types of customers have you worked with?
We have done quite a bit of Givebacks in our community non profits with our skills. We work with construction companies, veterinary hospitals/clinics, groomers, tattoo shops, large medical facilities, convienience stores, dental offices, retail facilities, large manufacturing facilities, and started up, manage and clean 8 corporate/vacation rentals.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
We most recently took on starting up, managing and cleaning 8 corporate/vacation rentals with zero experience and didn't have anything lower than a 4.9 Star rating and that .1 was out of our control. During the pandemic we were not given any feedback of illness either.
We were hired to clean the floors of a 12,000 square foot medical manufacturing facility with only 18 hours to strip and wax the floors. This job was extremely tidious and intense and there had been no proper maintenance to the floors in 5 years. We were able to win them over by showing our quality of service and quick turn around and ability to get the job done in a crunch.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Make sure they are licensed and insured it shows they value whom they are servicing
Cheap man pays double so be aware. Just because it is a lower cost does not mean longevity it is better. It can cause more damage down the road. Remember you are paying for knowledge and quality and how they not only value themselves but YOU!
Always hire the ones that pay attention to your needs and give advice to add extra value to assist you to have returning business and extreme pride in your business
They should care about the health and wellbeing for you, your employees and the community
They must value your business as if it was theirs
