I personally cleaned over 7,000 rooms of carpet and 6,000 pieces of upholstery.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Upon arrival and personal introduction I will ask to see the areas that need my service so we can discuss the best course of action for optimum results. Upon customer approval i will preceed with the cleaning process.
This is personalized service, with each customer having thier own specific cleaning requirements and concerns; Taking note of this, I pride myself on treating people in a professional courteous manner.
How did you get started in this business?
I started 30 years ago selling vacuum cleaners door to door. It turned out that more people were concerned with having their carpets cleaned than buying the vacuum.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with customers living in 20 room spacious homes, celebrities, large office buildings, and clients with modest one room studio apartments. No job is to big or to small.
Describe a recent project you are fond of.
A client had bad pet odor and bad urine stains from her cat in alarge basement. After my service the problems had been completely resolved.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
While the price of the work to be done is important, just as important is who does the work for you. You don't want untrained people. I do the work myself, all owner operated.
Also, the type of Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning is important. I use a Double Method;first, a carpet shampoo gently scrubs loose the embedded soil, then, a hot water extraction machine or what's commonty called a " Steam Cleaner" rinses the carpet to remove dirt and soil.Shampoo has soil suspenders which other cleaning agents do not have.
