She is very good with dogs she is very gentle with them. She does a really good job with haircuts and toenails I had taken my dog to another groomer and they botched my dogs hair and messed her toenails as well Sherri was able to fix everything and make my dog look very good. I call her the dog whisper as well

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I get to know both the puppy owner and the puppy. Then I go forward to the dog slowly so I want scare the puppy. I speak with the puppy in a low quite voice. If you just go slowly then the puppy becomes used to you. I treat the puppy like he is my own.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am self trained as a Breeder of many dogs over the years. I also worked at Thelma Lou's in Mount Airy to help her out.

It depends on the puppy and it's attitude.It also depends on the distant I have to travel to.
