Odyssey Contracting

Replacing our roof turned out to be a loooong process but NOT because of Odyssey Contracting! The insurance company was the drag there. Odyssey made the whole experience effortless on my part. They were so helpful explaining the insurance process and when we were finally able to get the work done, Odyssey did an amazing job! Efficient and hard working, these guys worked quickly and cleaned up after themselves beautifully. We also added new gutters. Since our roof and shutters are black we went with black gutters on their recommendation and it really makes our house pop! So happy we used Odyssey. I would recommend them to anyone!

Odyssey has completed the scope of work for damages related to the 2019 hail storm that hit my neighborhood. The project manager and workers have all been very nice to work with, have been open to questions along the way, and have kept me informed on progress. Appreciate Mr. Holmes disposition and assistance during our project.

Bryan got on the roof for a thorough inspection, helped us file an insurance claim and met the inspector on the roof in order to get us approved. Our shingles were defective- 2 years prior another company failed to get the insurance company to approve our claim. Bryan made all the difference. The crew worked all day to remove and replace our roof and Dillon replace rotten boards. This company showed us pictures of the rot and photos of the whole repair. If you have been denied by insurance to get a new roof- call Odyssey Contracting, ask for Bryan and tell him Martha and Buzz sent you.

Sean provided extensive photos and cost documentation to my insurance company of damage from a windstorm. Initially they only agreed to fund about 1/3 of what was needed to address all the damage to my roof, gutters and fence. Sean went to bat for me and communicated with the adjustor, finally convincing him to cover the full amount. Im so glad I had him on my side!

Jason and Dillon, the project supervisors, were hard workers and were conscientious about making sure everything was done right. There were a couple minor issues, as there typically are with any big project. But Odyssey was very proactive about addressing them and I am very satisfied with the outcome. I love my new roof and I highly recommend Odyssey.

Great service, they was on time and my roof looks great. Afterwards they cleaned up after themselves and my yard looked better then it did before they started. I would definitely recommend them to a friend.

Roof job ok other than the front of the house over the garage, the tiles don’t match and it’s quite noticeable. I noticed that some of the tiles they brought the packages at the bottom were cracked open. May have been a different batch of the same color. I was told that the color differentiation would change over time. I will watch for that. Other than that, please tell your workers to respect locks on water faucets in the backyard. I had a lock on it because kids were playing with it while I was at work. One of the roofers forced it on and it made a terrible sound throughout my house because of air forced through pipes that had not been used in years. I was not happy and feared it may have caused damage.
