Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Friendy to work with, we do offer a reference or two if needed to make you comfortable with our service.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I do cary over a dozen certifications, we do know our business, no guess work here.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
We do offer pick up & delivery and that depends on the distance from the shop. All work is billed by shop manual flat rate, unusual circumstances may alter time & cost but if this exist customers are notified to make the decision.
How did you get started in this business?
I had so much side work I didn't have time for my job anymore, this was in 1978.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Commercial & Residential, also rental companies.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Just go with a professional, not a shade tree mechanic ? The old saying, if its cheap it's not going to be good, if it's good it's not going to be cheap. Highly experienced certified technitions will save you money in the long run.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
A good machine is worth repairing, but remember it's 2017 and parts & labor is not cheap so if your looking for that 50-100 dollar repair, that really doesn't exist in most cases. If your equipment is only worth 100 it may be time to consider that new one.
