What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When taking on a new client, our first step is to assess the client's need, then to ensure we have the tools, materials and manpower needed to complete the client's request in the time-frames they are requesting.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have been removing junk for a while, both commercial and residential. We were a major part of downtown Raleigh's revitalization. This required us to timely remove loads of junk and unwanted property from the area so that undesirable properties could be demolished and life-long tenants could be moved.

Due to the fact that we provide most of our clients with a variety services, we do not have a standard pricing system, but we take pride in always being fair and affordable.
How did you get started in this business?
We started doing junk removal as part of our multifaceted cleaning service. We would go out to clean-up empty properties and find that there was a need for junk removal, prior to being able to properly clean the property.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We have working relationships with home healthcare agencies, commercial businesses, residential customers, property managers and realtors.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
Recently we assisted an elderly client moving from her home into an assisted living facility, dispose of some items she no longer needed or had space for. We were able to donate some of those items to a family of 8 in need. This pleased not only our client, but also the family in need. My team was able to complete the whole project in less than 3 hours.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Ensure that the provider has insurance and is able to complete your request in the manner and time-frame you desire.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Prior to speaking to a professional, ensure that you know exactly what you want done and when you expect it to be completed by.
