Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Get the basics over the phone before an on-site estimate is given then would travel to work site and meet customer face to face. Then i would get the specifics and measurements of material needed and round about of time needed. Depending on the job size and intricateness of the job i usually get the customer back a written estimate in 1-3 days.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Electrical training (single and 3 phase) osha 10 certification
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
No standard pricing due to diffrent task being handled and product being used, generally give estimate, 60% of estimate upon signing of service agreement and remaining 40% due upon completion of job
How did you get started in this business?
Wanted to be my own boss and make it by my terms so i started out on my own, doing a little bit hear and a bigger job there after a while i started picking up more jobs because i knew i initially had to get my name and my company name out there inorder for growth to become a reality!
What types of customers have you worked with?
You name it ive worked for them and with them....lol... any and all!
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
Was repairing a sub floor system for a lady in Fayetteville who was taking care of her parents, who had some medical issues and they were also having some sub- floor issues due to water damage in the bathroom. They were some of the nicest people that one could ever meet in a lifetime! Anyway we got down to the root problem causing the water damage, which was a leaking water supply line. we repaired the water line, replaced the insulation that had become wet and was damaging the underling of the home got the under liner resecured to the joist and also replaced the sub-floor that was rotting away and becoming a really bad safety hazard for everyone in the residence....but we got it all tore out and repaired in about 2.5 days and they were completely satisfied and are all set to go for the next couple of years on the insulation, waterline and sub-floor structuring.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Dont be fooled by the contractor who always has the lowest price because with that lower price also comes a lower quality of work or under qualified technician and/or installation
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
When you have a addition or a problem that needs some knowledge and know how exspect spending some money....dont lowball or hassle the contractor on how much he charges for his service....remember you are. The one needing the service and be upfront in the beginning and usually you get the right contractor
