What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
In a 30 minute interview, by phone, video conferencing or face to face, we ask a series of questions that are designed to help our clients envision the ideal outcome, express all of their concerns, and provide them with a clear path over which we will teach, advise and guide them to make very smart buying and selling decisions, every step of the way. What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
A continuous life-long learner, Scott began his commitment to continued real estate education by seeking and obtaining his MBA in Commercial Real Estate Finance. He then became a Licensed Mortgage Loan Officer and taught hundreds of Loan Officers and Real Estate Brokers how to qualify borrowers and guide them to the best form of financing. Scott then became a licensed Real Estate Broker and learned to develop land into communities of buildable lots, and has taught others to do the same.
