What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I want to go in detail over what health conditions to look at what their previous grooming schedule was like what style of hair cut they prefer but if not possible work out a way to get there and maintain it healthy.

How did you get started in this business?
I had no knowledge when I learned to groom I was very excited when I was hired by 2 very talented and experienced groomers.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Several types just like dogs people are different to.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I was very honored to have a wonderful dog to groom that not only loved to be groomed but made the groom enjoyable for me we bonded over this experience together with routine scheduling but on her first groom she was not very happy about any of it.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Look for experience and look for their compassion and patience if they don't have that I would continue to look.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
How can I help my dog? Can I maintain the type of haircut I am wanting? Can I commit to a 4 to 8 week appointment scheduled?
