When first contactng contractors in your area, be leary of any contractors that provide a bid without looking at the project first. Typically these contractors will add costs as the project moves forward claiming they were not accounted for in the quote or already have prices set high to cover these costs. Some examples are, demo, removal, tight working areas, street/yard accessibility, underground lines, etc.
