    Frequently asked questions

Typical process for working with a new customer. There are a few that can result in us working for them.

    A.   I would recieve a phone call, email, message from Google or a text message asking about a service. I would respond and by talking to the possible customer determine if what they want is something I can help them with. If so we would agree on a date and time for us to stop by and look at the project. Talk with the possible customers some more and make sure what they want is achievable and to make sure it's something I can do. Go over the different options that are available or look into more research. I would leave the site and when getting back to the house I would start an estimate. When that is completed I would send them a copy. If they agree to the estimate I eoukd collect a down payment and put them on the calendar.

    B. I would recieve a call or message. If they where to far away or if I could nor get to them in a timely manor I would first talk to them about the project and make sure it's something achievable. If it was I would ask them for some pictures and measurements, nothing to technical and get them an estimate that is as close as possible with the information given. I would add into the estimate that there were no eyes on the project and the numbers can change if something was over looked.

I know concrete very well. It's been a part of my life for many years. Knowing the substrate you are working with adds a lot of benefits to achieving a superb installation. I have years if experience, hands on and actually doing the work, wich is for me the best way to learn. We are certified with a few different companies that not only distribute but install also. It is documented that we went to the training and are capable of a proper install of there products. These companies also back us and are there if problems or questions may come up. I don't claim to know everything and I'm always looking to learn the newest products out there

For epoxy flake systems wich is the usual surface coatings we sell it starts off at $6.50 a square foot. Wich is comparable to a lot of flooring options out there. Just know this one is pretty much indestructible, water proof, almost everything proof, it will never go out of style and comes with a life time guarantee.

Painting...usually comes out to be around $275.00 a room for labor.  That price includes one coat, minor wall repairs, sanding, washing, protection of flooring. This does not include paint, painting the ceiling, tape, paper.

Holiday lighting...we ate still trying to figure out a price that will be affordable and that we can make so.e money off of. Im sure we can figure  out a number, give us a call.

I started working with my step dad pouring concrete.  That was in1994. I have learned a lot about concrete in the years. I figured I'd do pretty well working in a field I'm very familiar with. I come across a company that wanted to hire me knowing this was a 3 year or so deal. We installed a floor almost everyday we worked, sometimes 7 day a week. Multiply that by 3 years, that's a lot of floors and experience. All hands on. Then it was time to go and this is where we are now.
