In the Twin Cities Real Estate Market, it is a challenge to stand out and be recognized for superior service to clients and especially potential clients. Thankfully, the real estate community is small enough so that when a diamond emerges, it can be recognized by peers, colleagues, other professional both big and small and that diamond exists with Fred from REAL FIC REALTY. In December, the Minneapolis weather turned cold and snowy and our market was hit with the worst single snow event it had seen in over 2 years. As I drove to one of Fred's listings, a day after the snow had stopped, I fully assumed I'd be walking through 12" of snow to get to the front door. This was not the case, and a welcome surprise to my cold feet. The driveway was cleared, the sidewalk was cleared and salted, and this is rare for a bank owned property. This is a testament to Fred's commitment to his client's success and proof that he's not only on top of the ball, but can execute in a demanding situation.
