I am certified Pricing Startegy Advisor so getting your home priced correctly is my specialty as well as dterming value of a home for a buyer to ensure you are not over paying!
I am also a member of the Institute of Luxury Home Marketing so I have had the Luxury training in San Diego, Ca to bring expertise, knowledge and value to Buyers and Sellers in the Luxury Market.
I am ranked as an ICON Agent withover $70M in Home Sales under my belt.
