CJ's Chem-Dry Technicians are required to hold a Master Certification, which requires annual continuing education, at a minimum, along with brand standard certifications through the carpet & rug institute. We are also proud members of a non-profit organization called the Indoor Air Quality Association (IAQA) which is focused on bringing practitioners together to prevent and solve indoor environmental problems for the benefit of consumers and the public. With CJ’s Chem-Dry, you don’t have to worry about unqualified techs or ineffective cleaning solutions that will harm your health. We have the people and the power to do the job right! We perform weekly company-wide meetings to stay informed of details that make us truly excellent at serving you, our customer, with superior care, quality, and uniformity of workmanship. 

Our minimum service $169 covers up to 400 square feet, which is approximately $42 per 10x10 area. If you'd like to measure your areas (we'll reduce for furniture that you don't want, or we are unable to move) our Basic Service is $0.42/square foot and includes: Master Certified Technician, Vacuum, PreTreat, Hot Carbonating Clean & Extract, and a final Fiber Groom; providing you with a Drier, Cleaner, Healthier cleaning experience. Ask your service technician about our Premium Service that includes a Deodorizer and Protectant for the ultimate Fresh & Healthy Home.

Ask if they can drink their base solution; we can, it doesn't taste very good, but it's safe enough to.

Ask if they use fresh water or recycled; we provide 100% fresh solution for every home.

Ask where they dump their waste; Chem-Dry is so environmentally safe it can just go down the toilet.

Ask if they use a product to cancel their suds from the soaps & surfactants they use; we don't because most will also strip your carpets stain resistance.

Ask about additional fees beyond service; we have none.

Do you have spots, stains, odors you'd like to have evaluated ... this will take an well trained expert for the best outcome possible; we provide a Master Certified Technician on every jobsite.
