We are extremely thorogh and detailed with every clean!
One of the main reason is, I enjoy helping others out with taking this big load off their backs so they have more time to relax with family/friends! Also I enjoy the challenge and variety it brings to the table.
We take care of all types of cleans such as, deep cleans, recurring cleans, move in - move out, office, commercial, post construction, and will even organize rooms (only by request).

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will give them a little background of myaseld, experience, my business, as well as answering any and all question they have. Then i will make sure i have all their information correct with all specific details, needs, and wants noted to make sure everything is getting done that is expected or wanted from us. Lastly i will come out and do a FREE QUOTE to get make the accurate quote they need for the cleaning.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
-state certification for cleaning
- LLC liscense
- 8+ years experience
- 7+ years as a crew leader (pretty much manager of the crews that i was assigned to)
- State test certified
From all of the companies I have worked for, I felt ready and confident to finally open up my own company, and have been extremely successful in it sense ☺️
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
I calculate the cost of the job (indirect and direct charges), consider time that is invested, came up with a calculated fair profit margin, and then will go by hourly or per project rate (while i have separate round prices for each).
Also, if employees are schedule to come work then that will be calculated in as well. With employees working it will raise the price but it cuts the time at least in half, so it ends up being around the same pice anyways.
How did you get started in this business?
Ever since i was a little girl I have always helped my parents clean around the house, its just something we grew up doing. Then at 17 years old, I applied for a cleaning position, and got hired on the spot. Ever sense then i hyave worked for cleaning companies sense then (8 years ago) and never stopped. Last year i finally decided it was time to take the next step and start up my own cleaning service company.
What types of customers have you worked with?
i have worked with pl,entry of loyal, honest, and outgoing customers.
But I have also worked with wandering or undecisive, problematic, high maintenance, and difficult clients.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I had a elder lady who was disababled and just completely lost track of her home with 2 dogs due to not being able to get around and having no help with that or anything else at all. I went above and beyond to try and help her, so she can live comfortably again. She was so ecstatic with my work that she was in tears,
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
- To realize trust takes time, so scheduling a greet time and sticking around the first few cleans might help shorten that time. Make a list of needs and wants in advanced and make sure you can afford the type of services you want because quality cost more. Also to make sure they have experience.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
What is my budget? And is it realistic for them service i want? Is the housekeeper a good fit for me ? Is there package/ price package a good?
