What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will set up an appoinment to go to customer house to see the condition of the house and what they need to be done and how often. I will tell them how much I charge, how I do the job (always the first time I clean a house I do a deep cleaning), what cleaning supplies I need and what days I am available for them.
