What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Here at R.A. NĒ-Co we like to be clear when it comes to providing service.
Most service calls are typical electrical issues that can be quoted with no estimate required. When the latter applies there may be a small fee ($75) to cover overhead. If the customer chooses to move forward a portion of that will be credited (50%) towards the total balance.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our education and training covers over 20 years of trade and technical experience. From commercial to residential we have performed many aspects of electrical and electronic Installations, maintenance and repairs.
Education includes but not limited to:
Collage courses
Military trade school
Electrical trade school
Continuing education
Safety training
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Our pricing starts from $155 and up. This price covers most service calls and basic installations. During after hours and weekends this price can double on repairs and unscheduled installations.
How did you get started in this business?
The interest in electricity and electronics and wanting to practice this trade is what encourage me to start this business. Being exposed to different trade situations allows me to increase my experience and provide a wider range of services. Having a business allows me to stay current with market trends and fill that interest.

We have worked with customers from residential to commercial retail like Fedex,The Vitamin Shoppe, H&R Block, Amazon Home services, Porch, Home Advisor and many more.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Read there reviews, check credentials and ask for pictures of prior work you're pursuing
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Before moving forward a customer should have a good idea on whats involved with the required job. This will help them make a better decision when it comes to pricing and selecting a contractor.
