We are a full service paint and repair company. Specializing in rental turnover. We provide garbage and debris removal, hardwood and tile installation, drywall repair, landscaping, painting, deep cleaning, and plumbing services with our master plumber for a spotless showing. Our services are unique in that we are a turnkey operation so our customers do not need several vendors coming in the properties, no scheduling conflicts and set pricing, so there are no surprises.
The transformation, the restoration and knowing the services we provide allow our clients to increase their profit due to our meticulous efforts creating a showcase worthy rental.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We visit the property, evaluate what needs to be done and submit a bid. In some cases our clients have a list of what they want us to do. We get started at the client's timberline and turn our homes in as little as 1-4 days, depending on workload. While we are working, our clients send prospective renters/ buyers which has been beneficial for a quick turn on the property. After a prospect has turned to a renter, some will have us work directly with them for intricacies they would like to suit their tastes.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I personally have over 20 years experience in interior design, and studied at SCAD in Atlanta, GA in 2004 after designing the interior of an 18,000 square foot home from the blueprints to completion. This is where my passion for the nuisances of an individuals personality that drives the home design developed. I studied under various contractors and GC's to learn specific trades such as concrete work, swimming pool installing, masonry, drywall, plaster, plumbing, woodwork and free hand painting.
