Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Call our business phone number and my assistant will collect your information, get you listed on the schedule for either an estimate or a day to get the work completed.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I would say they would call me a jack of all trades because I have experience in many different feilds, I grew up working for two of my uncles, which gave me a head start into the construction business, and into the tree business, I also worked for my father who owns a towing business which gave me knowledge in the automotive and mechanical field. I took building trades, auto mechanics and auto body in high school, I was a project maintenance employee for Tyson's foods for 2 years, we did anything that had to do with outdoor maintenance, from pouring concrete slabs, building retaining walls, installing chain linked fencing with barbed wire around the entire facility, repairing broken concrete, removing and replacing old machines with new ones. I also worked maintenance for s.u.s diecasting, and I worked for the Dilling group for 2 years as general side employee where I built pole barns, gazebos, installed drop ceilings in hospitals, patched or poured concrete, a lot of maintenance on commercial and industrial buildings.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Most people want to know how much it would cost to do a job , standard pricing is sometimes hard to give without seeing in-person what the job would entitle. We do give free estimates and we also price match any licensed and insured business by 10%.
How did you get started in this business?
I lost my job when the pandemic first started, I had started doing odds and ends jobs to keep myself busy until everything calmed down and people started getting back to work, In a short couple of months I realized I wanted more, so I looked into getting a llc and insurance, in about a week I was officially a small business owner.
