What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We enjoy meeting new customers, and get all their info up front. We often ask for texted pictures of the plumbing issue, if possible, so that we can save the customer money, by having as few trips to their job as possible.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The owner is licensed through the state of IL and in addition also has an RPZ inspector's license.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
$129 per hour.
Water heaters, sumps, rodding, and excavating services done per job.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
It is incredibly helpful to have the model and serial numbers of the item you are calling about for replacement or for parts.
