What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My clients meet with me for a real estate review. We discuss there thoughts on selling and/or purchasing a home. Typically, time frame, location and price range is the start for a converation.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As a Managing Broker, I have an advance designation through education in my field. In addtion, I have a certifcation as a Master Negotiator, which is very benefical in securring the right terms for a transaction for my clients.
How did you get started in this business?
I was hooked with interest after I purchased my first property at the age of 21. Architecture and the many different housing options available continue to be of interest to me.
What types of customers have you worked with?
From first time home buyers to seasoned homeowners, including move up buyers, empty nesters, investors and builders. Experienced in the luxury market, estates sales, single family homes, townhouses and condos.
