What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After a customer contacts me for a project we set up a convienient time for an estimate of the cost of time and material for said project. Upon acceptance of this estimate we will then set up a time that is acceptable for the customer to coplete their painting needs.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have completed the Union Painters Appenticeship program and have 21+ years of experience in the painting trade.
How did you get started in this business?
I started in this trade as a union apprentice. I stated washing buckets and have worked my way to owning/operating my own painting company. This allows me the unique perspective of having experience in all aspects of a paining project.
What types of customers have you worked with?
In my 21 years as a painter I have worked with many different types of customers. I have experience in residential, comercial and industrial painting and pride myself on exceptional customer service/interaction.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I ammost recently proud of my Daughter, Bella, being accepted to Illinois State University.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
I think the old saying "You get what you pay for" is appropriate in this case.Price of project
