And most don't understand how to negotiate! You need an agent that can show you the good, the bad and the problems with a house! And listing a house..I net my client's 7% more then the average local agent.
I do not believe in taking overpriced listings, so if you want an agent to list your house for a crazy over priced value, please understand there is a difference between LISTING a house and SELLING a house. There are many inexperienced agent's that will gladly take an overpriced listing, but not this one! I know values and will gladly show you a spreadsheet with very detailed differences within the neighborhood so you can see what the TRUE value is.
If you want a discount agent that I call a PPP..because they post a sign, place the ad in MLS and pray. PPP, feel free to hire a discounted broker. You get what you pay for!

6% for sellers. I net my cleints 7% more than the local agent so they have noting to lose by paying me! Do the math!
