With 35 years of Construction and Real Estate Experience, I know houses! You can rest assured you won't be buying a bad home with me! Owning 2 offices I know the way most Realtor's think and work. And most don't understand how to negotiate! You need an agent that can show you the good, the bad and the problems with a house! And listing a house..I net my client's 7% more then the average local agent.

I do not believe in taking overpriced listings, so if you want an agent to list your house for a crazy over priced value, please understand there is a difference between LISTING a house and SELLING a house. There are many inexperienced agent's that will gladly take an overpriced listing, but not this one! I know values and will gladly show you a spreadsheet with very detailed differences within the neighborhood so you can see what the TRUE value is.

If you want a discount agent that I call a PPP..because they post a sign, place the ad in MLS and pray. PPP, feel free to hire a discounted broker. You get what you pay for!
