What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Owner, Kelly Crowley will meet and review the needed work with the property owner. Pricing is given to Heather Crowley who will email a written estimate and a copy of our current insurance. They accept the estimate and we get them in que. Kellly and Heather meet every 3 days and update schedule. When the date to do their work is known, I call/text/email the customer to be sure that is a good date for them.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Licensed by the Dept of Agriculture for Pesticide applications for insects, fertilization and root feeding.

Describe a recent event you are fond of.
We took down a tree for The Salvation Army of McHenry County at Crystal Lake to make space for them to build a community park. My husband gave them a nice price break as our contribution and I can't wait to go see the park when its done and perhaps plant a tree ourselves!
