I started my real estate career 12 years ago to help people move into the next phase of their lives! Your home is the center of your life every day and the back drop of all your family memories. I am in the top 1% of individual agents in my board. I average about 9 million a year in sales. I have been nominated and awarded a 5 Star Professional by Chicago Magazine for 7 years running.     When working with a new seller, the first part of the process is market preparation.  I hire a stager to meet with them and tour their home to make an suggestions on how to show the home to it's best advantage.  I then send out our professional photographer to take photos and a video walk through tour of their home.  Third, we prepare the marketing materials for the sellers to review and approve!  Then we go one the market!

    I have a managing brokers license, that is the highest level of license available to real estate agents.

    My standard commission is 5%.  However, I do occationally have neighborhood discounts available.

    I ALWAYS wanted to go into this business.  With a backround in property management it was an easy transition!

    Ask about their experience. Over 50% of "agents" sell less than 1 home per year.  Very few agents are full time agents selling over 25 homes a year, less than 1%.  Ask your agent home many homes they sell a year.  It is an ever changing market and if you are not immersed in it, you will not understand it.  Additionally, do NOT go with an agent just because they say they can sell your home for the highest price.  For most properties our market is not a sellers market, you have to hit the sweet spot on the listing price to get the most out of your home.  Don't go with an agent that just tells you what you want to hear, it will cost you money.

    Their motivation for selling is something they need to have thought through.  There are times when I actually recommend to potential clients that they don't sell.  When you understand the market, you can help clients make the best decisions and that is what I am here to do!
