What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first appointment is to access the needs of the client. Next I take careful notes of the homes feature and take lots of photos.
I take this information back to my office and I carefully analyse the market too determine a price range that will participate a sale in the time line that iss acceptable to both of us. An overpriced home traditionally doesn't sell. When the price is reduced it sets off a downward affect on the selling price. The longer a home is on the market the less desireable it is to a buyer. I call it The Whats Wrong with this House that it has been on the market so long.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 30 years of on the job training. I am up to date in my biannual continuing education. I am continually up to date in new trends in real estate.
