40 years working with PCs and Microsoft Windows and other programs. I work with all versions of Microsoft Windows and Office Products as well as many other PC Programs. Home and small office wireless and Ethernet networking. Reasonable pricing. Will come to clients home or offices. Other services offered include PC maintenance, virus, and malware cleanup. New system setup, hard drive replacement, laptop repairs and more. Remote maintenance services are also available. I am currently part of Microsoft's early release program which allows me to use and get acquainted with new updates and upgrades of Windows 10.
I do not service Apple products.
I have done retail sales, vendor sales, PC maintenance management. I also spent 11 years with Diebold the ATM manufacturer converting bank systems to IP and creating a Managed Services division to control ATMs for banks all over the country.

The basic rate for services is $60.00 per hour. Maintenance plans from $ 120.00-year cover any maintenance and services needed for a 1 year period. Parts are additional.
