Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
What Makes Me Different:
I am a full-time, full-service REALTOR®. It is more important to me to provide personal, dedicated service and achieve my client’s real estate goals than to sell as many homes as I can. Due to how important each real estate transaction is, I choose to work with only a few clients at a time. A real estate transaction has many time-sensitive deadlines, requires coordination with many different entities, and commands constant diligence and communication - all very important to the success of your transaction. By my choosing to work with only a few clients at a time, I will provide you the personal, one-on-one service during this important time in your life. I will personally handle every single aspect of your real estate transaction to ensure that no detail is over looked. I will always be available to talk to you and I will never be too busy to answer any questions you have. I will be by your side every step of the way!

Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Unless the buyer has elected to personally compensate their agent, buyer's agents are paid from their broker who receives the commission from the listing broker. The real estate commission is pre-determined by the seller in the listing agreement.
The pre-determined amount is negotiated between the listing broker and the seller before listing the home for sale. Typically, the fee is paid by the seller at the closing where the fee is subtracted from the proceeds of the home sale.
