We are able to help our clients build their dream home. With over 110+ customizable plans, superior building procedures, materials and workmanship make us the builder you want for your home. We have built thousands of homes & our team has hundreds of combined years of construction experience. I love walking with my clients through every step of the building experience and making their home dreams a reality. Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We pick a floorplan, make modifications, price out their home, do a site evaluation, coordinate with the lender if they are finanacing, get their plans to engineering, start the build with a builders meeting with their site superintendent and then build their home in 6-8 months... KEYS !! :-)
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing & Sales. 25 years of Real Estate as a licensed agent. Our firm is the general contractor with licensed and certified sub contractors.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Each of our homes is priced based on the materials that go into building that home. We start with a base price, additional costs may include Site Allowances and any client updgrades to our standard upgrades.
How did you get started in this business?
I just love seeing people find a home they love and own a place they can call their own and write their personal history.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Every 'type' imaginable... there really is no type :-) everyone is a unique individual with a unique set of desires for the home they plan to build.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
A wonderful single gal will be building her first home, we had to find the right fit, make the changes she wanted, walk through the hard steps of finding the right financing... but we've broken ground now, she couldn't be happier.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Do you due diligence, talk to mulitple builders, you'll see that we build a superior home, upgraded materials as our standard, excellent/experienced contractors... we are honest with you every step of the way about the costs of building your home and the things that need to happen to build your home with excellence.

What is your budget?
What are lenders willing to do for you?
Do you have a lender that will do a construction loan?
What are your specifications for a home; square footage, bedrooms, baths, floor plan concept (open, split, levels)?
What style of home do you prefer?
