What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We first like to arrive at thier home and listen to and review the need or want that they have. Then we explain how we would like to fix or create the work for them and then show them the options that we can complete with samples and prices. This way we can work with thier budget and give the cusotmer what they need. We do not ask for money up front before materials and we will always go over the scope with you if you like so that you understand what you are getting for the price.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have built houses and commercial buildings with my own two hands for 21 years. I have over 7000 hours of product knowledge classes on the products that we use on your home. I work hand in hand with my guys. I do not sub my work out.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
We are running a sale on basements right now starting at 25.00 a square foot. Most other things will require a on hand estimate to come to the best price available.
How did you get started in this business?
I worked on a large farm in Tennessee and it was bought by a developer and he liked what i had built for the farm so he asked me to work for him. I then bought him out 12 years later and he retired.
What types of customers have you worked with?
All kinds. it is never dull. lol
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Just make sure that you all click and you like what they are saying. but please if you have a question or problem just tell them. 98% percent of problems on the job are cusotmers and contractors that do not communicate and are afraid of confrontation. You can tell me anything i will do all i can to make it right.
