What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
To build a relationship with the customer and be honest and upfront with them about any repairs that we would recomennd or not recomend. It starts off by us coming out and diagnosing the unit. From there we give our customers a quote that includes parts and labour. If the customer agrees with the repair then our trip charge is waived with repair, we fix the unt, and the customer is happy and satisfied.
