What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We go over what the customer wants done , i give base price , until i see the dog , and then i explain the grooming procces that i use with the dogs or cats . I work with each pet parent and dog as their own , unlike other shops who use the cookie cutter process .
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been grooming/bathing since i was 8 years old in my aunts shop, with these years of expereince i am able to provide quailty grooming services and a great experiece for every cusotmer .

I only give a base price after the customer goes over what they want done , untill the pup or cat comes into the shop , then i give a set price based on what i have to do .
How did you get started in this business?
Started out working with/for my aunt , she decided to retire and instead of taking over her business , i wanted to start fresh and build my own , and thats exactly what i did :)

There was a recent adoption event , usually when events like these happen i do discounts for people who have rescued .

Make sure pet safety is always a first , look at reviews and conditions.
Make sure your getting the most out of your groom .
For a better upfront price , be honest about your dog/cat ,about behavior and past grooms etc .
