I would like to introduce our company to you. We are L.A. Disaster Relief. We are a local company in the North Central Florida region. We have previously worked with FEMA to help with the disaster removal from hurricane Irma, Maria, Harvey and Matthew. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We schedule a time and date that works best for the homeowner. We come and look at the scope of work that the homeowner would like done .. We also show our proof of insurance.
We then will write out a proposal for the homeowner ,so that we are all clear of who,what ,when,and how much the scope of work will be done.. the homeowner signs the proposal..
We will call the homeowner the week of the scheduled day for service as a courtesy reminder call..
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
10 years worked for a power company trimming trees away from the powerlines ..Im qualified in climbing and using the bucket to trim and remove trees/or limbs in hazardous and tight places....
I have training in using a stump grinder, skid steer and wood chipper ..
I've had my own tree service for 5 yrs and have worked with many hurricanes for fema as well..
How did you get started in this business?
I started working for a Power line clearance company 10 years ago. I worked my business on the weekends ..
What types of customers have you worked with?
Insurance companies , fema, landlords, Power companies, State / Government contracts, Commercial and Residential
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Make sure they are licensed and insured..
