Buying The ‘Burg With Coldwell Banker
About
My PSA certification helps me know how to price your home to sell or how much you should offer when you want to buy. I have a social media reach of over 12,000 people to help market your property. I use professional photography, aerial photography and 3D virtual tours, and I run at least 1 week of internet ads to make your property get noticed. I send out professionally printed materials including postcards to promote your home, and I create whiteboard videos to get you noticed on social media.
I love meeting new people all the time. I'm someone who really enjoys being helpful, and this career allows me to do that every day.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
That depends on the type of customer they are. I represent both buyers and sellers. For sellers much of the process is devoted to market and pricing information and what I do to get their property sold in the way that suits the seller best. For buyers the process is usually more about answering questions about the area, financing, and the buying process. Also, I spend a lot of time trying to find out what they are hoping to find and helping them understand what they can expect in their budget.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a BS in Marketing from Indiana University.
I have 3 National Association of Realtors certifications including GRI, PSA and MRP.
I have completed training for HECM for purchase, Florida Housing Finance and Client Protection Expert certifications.
I attend classes and webinars as much as I can, typically once a week.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Google is your friend. Google them. Do they have a good web presence? If they can't market themselves, how will they be able to market your property?
Do they have reviews? Read them.
Check their social media. Are they professional?
Ask to see their previous listings. Are they complete. Do they have professional photos and descriptions that make you want to see the home? Do they offer 3D tours or aerial videos?
