What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We usually receive all the information such as the size of the house, number of bedrooms and bathrooms along with any special requirement in order to quote accordingly and appropriately. We spoke with the customer making sure we solve all of their doubts and wait for a confirmation. Once we have it we proceed to verify our schedule and set up the appointment in our system specifying all the details and everything that was agreed to keep everything organized. The customer receives a confirmation on their phone and a the day before the cleaning they receive a reminder. we send our team the day and time agreed to perform the service that will be paid when it is finished only. And according to our guarantee policy if we receive a complain we send the team back for free to fix it.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We first made course of how to use every product we have at our company and the need to purchase some more products for special cleanings. After a long process of learning, I have practical experience for 5 years. We know exactly what to do, how to do it and hot to make each corner of your house look spotless and feel fresh.

We have a price chart where we work by the size of the house linked with the frequency requested. We send you all information of what is included and the rate before hiring. We have lot customers requesting extra services and we are also very careful to charge other services.

How did you get started in this business?

I started seeing the needs of friends and family, and we starting cleaning ourselves and offering our devices only to a few people to start the business. It was very nice to see it and at the same time helping others who really need a little help. I took a course to know about each product to be used, to be able to handle everything with care and protecting the health of the families and our crews. Today I train all those who begin a long journey in our company and Start to be part of this family where our focus is excellence and the satisfaction of our appreciated customers.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I would say we have worked with all type of customers. From large job to small jobs as just cleaning a bathroom. We do Deep cleanings (first time/one time), Mov-out and Mov-in cleanings to prepare your house. Monthly service, Bi-weekly services, Weekly services, Office cleanings, Vacation Cleanings with or without supplies.

Describe a recent event you are fond of.

Our largest project has been a building with 15 apartment for all the staging , organization and cleaning, they needed to be perfect and spotless to start renting them as vacation rentals. The project took 20 days with 6 people working constantly, it was very hard work and the results were amazing. Today we are happy to say that we still work with that company doing their recurring cleaning every time a guest checks out.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?

First I would recommend them to check what is included in each fee offered to compare it with their needs and make sure every expectation will be met. Explain very carefully what you like and what you don’t to avoid possible misunderstandings. Confirm the schedule and availability.
